Alexander Burgos

Bio

Alexander Burgos is a lifelong resident of Buffalo, New York and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. As Managing Member of Draghi Burgos Construction, Alex oversees the company’s strategic direction, operations, business development, and project execution.

Alex has extensive experience managing complex commercial construction projects throughout Western New York. His collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client service have contributed to the successful delivery of projects across healthcare, education, municipal, commercial, and institutional sectors. Under his leadership, Draghi Burgos Construction has grown into a recognized commercial contractor known for quality workmanship, strong partnerships, and reliable project delivery.

Alex is passionate about building projects that strengthen communities and create lasting value for clients. He believes successful construction is built on trust, accountability, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. He welcomes the opportunity to partner with owners, construction managers, and general contractors to bring their vision to life.

Matthew Farley

Vice President of Field Operations

Bio

Matthew Farley serves as Vice President of Construction and Field Operations for Draghi Burgos Construction. A carpenter by trade, Matt brings more than 20 years of experience overseeing field operations, managing complex construction activities, and delivering high-quality workmanship across commercial, healthcare, municipal, educational, and institutional projects throughout Western New York.

His disciplined approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to organization have contributed to the successful completion of demanding construction projects in occupied facilities and fast-paced environments.

Matthew saw a need for honest and transparent business within the local construction industry. Matthew’s approach to business is directly informed by his faith in God. Colossians 3:23 – “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.”

Matthew is a proud United States Army veteran. He resides in Buffalo, New York, with his wife and three children.
